We're seeking a customer service representative to provide internal and external customer service over the phone, through web-based services and in person. 

Primary responsibility of this position is processing reservations for our Base Camp Campus: includes programming and room rentals. Other responsibilities include greeting guests, answering phones, cash receipting, data entry and equipment checkout. 

We're looking for someone who enjoys interacting with people all day and working in an active environment with the ability to multitask. Exceptional customer service is a must. We are asking for at least two years of customer service experience. If you have experience with Scouting, that's great! If you don't, then a willingness to learn is what we need. We're looking for a team player who can problem solve, is detail oriented, dependable and adapts easily to change. Applicants from diverse backgrounds and/or who have multilingual skills are encouraged to apply. Required software skills: Excel, intermediate Word and Outlook and knowledge of Access would be helpful. Preferred software skills: experience with point-of-sale transactions. Willingness to learn custom databases is necessary. 

The work schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm or 8:30am to 5:00pm.
